Who we are

LOGOS Engineering Workspace ("LOGOS", "we") provides engineering sizing tools. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data we collect

Account data you provide: name, email, WhatsApp, company.

Usage data (authenticated): which calculator you run, your plan tier at the time, and timestamps — to understand product usage. We do not store calculation inputs for analytics.

Anonymous funnel (only with your consent): page views, UTM/referrer, and a first-party identifier (anon_id) to measure acquisition and improve the site. No ads, no third-party tracking, no IP storage, no fingerprinting.

Billing data is processed by Stripe; we keep payment records (amount, plan, coupon) but never your card data.

Legal basis

Account and authenticated usage data: performance of our contract and legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. Anonymous funnel data: your consent (the banner), which you can decline or withdraw at any time.

Cookies & local storage

We use first-party storage for: your session, your consent choice (logos_consent), and the analytics identifier (anon_id, only after consent). We also use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless.

Retention

Anonymous funnel events are deleted after 6 months. Authenticated usage events are anonymized after 18 months (identifiers removed, aggregates kept). Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required by law.

Processors

Supabase (database/auth/functions), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting/analytics) process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or anonymization of your data, and withdraw analytics consent. Deleting your account anonymizes your usage history and erases your acquisition attribution. Contact us at privacidade@logoscalc.com.
